The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that The Verkhovna Rada adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine regarding Impoundment of Material Secret Data Carriers as a Basis and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No. 5070) introduces amendments to Clauses 178 and 179 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine that envisage the possibility of impoundment and issuance of documents constituting state secrets, as well as other material secret data carriers.

The Committee members upheld the Bill, as its adoption would improve the procedure of impounding material secret data carriers.
